Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation:
In the event that a member wishes to cancel their membership with AOA Connect, no refund of membership fees will be provided. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership Application Denial:
If an individual applies for membership with AOA Connect and their application is denied as per membership rules & regulations or any other reason, the membership fees paid will be forfeited and deemed a donation to the association. 
There will be no refund provided in the case of a rejected membership application.
By completing the membership application and submitting payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation.
