Hi Everyone, As you all are aware "AOA Connect" was incorporated on 30th May 2023. We held our first Board of Directors meeting at AOA, Prabhadevi (which is our registered office) in the 1st week of June to complete MCA/ROC formalities & to plan the way ahead. Since then, we have opened our official bank account, finalised networking app vendor, appointing CA, CS & Auditor (in process), etc required for smooth functioning of our association. We have laid out the structure for the Executive Committee & sub committees which would manage and run the day-to-day workings & activities of the association. For now some of the committees & roles are being led by members of the board which are as follows: - a) President- Shrikrishna(Mukund) Athale. b) Networking- Sameep Padora b) Treasurer - Obaid Hakim c) Secretary - Manan Gupta d) Membership - Adhish Goray e) Programmes / Events for AOA Alumni and students - Darpana Athale f) Academic Affairs & Research - Neha Gabbawala g) Placement Cell & Alumni Data Validation - Suresh Singh h) Spokesperson & Social Media - Arjun Sharma i) Branding & PR - Darpana Athale
